3rd-7th Grade Athletes
2026 SEASON WILL BEGIN TUESDAY MARCH 24TH
3rd grade through 7th grade will practice 2x per week during the school year (Tuesday & Fridays). Once school has ended, we will add a 3rd practice each week (Tuesday, Friday, & Sunday).
2026 Practice Schedule:
Dates: March 24th - May 29th
Tuesdays and Fridays
Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm

Time: Tuesday & Friday, 6:00pm-7:00pm
Sundays 12:00pm-1:00pm

This is for current 3rd through 7th Grade athletes, typically ages 9-14 years old. This level is a more in-depth introduction to Track and Field, with emphasis on running mechanics and posture, flexibility, conditioning, and event-specific training. Coaches will attempt to push athletes in the direction of which events these athletes would likely find more success in as the season progresses. Practices can be modified to fit the various backgrounds and skill levels within those age groups.
